1. Payment and Shipping

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Yes, we do! To customers in the U.S.A, we offer free shipping on orders over 25$ before taxes. To customers in Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, England and many other European countries we offer free shipping with orders over 40$

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accepts all major debit and credit cards. For your convenience, we also accept Apple Pay and Paypal

Q. What is the currency used?

A. For your convenience, you may click on the flag at the top right to change the currency displayed for products on our website. Do note that this will only provide an estimate of the cost of a product in your local currency as we process all orders in USD. Please contact your local bank to get a more accurate price in your local currency

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Once your payment has been approved, it takes up to 24 hours to process your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed in the U.S take an average of 12-15 business days while international orders take on average 16-20 days to arrive.

Q. I made a larger order and only received part of the items I ordered?

A. We ship all our larger orders in small groups to help you avoid getting stung by customs and to allow for a faster arrival of some of your products. Do not worry the rest of your products should arrive in the next few days.

Q. Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

A. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Mosh Market cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site, will you have access to my bank details?

A. Your card details are secure, payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Mosh Market itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.

Alternatively you can make payment through our additional payment provider Paypal.
